What is Individual training?

It is working one on one to learn more about your throw events. This includes, discus, shot put and javelin. This is also where an athletic achievement plan will be developed. After an athlete has been assessed, we will give the amount of sessions that are needed for those goals. There will be detailed conversation about the importance of strength and conditioning during this journey.

Small group sessions are where we have individuals work on throwing movement along with developing more athleticism to improve the throws . We encourage repetition. We want you to understand the skill you are being taught and shown. This will help you to be an improved thrower.

Training with myself and a professional, we want to break down each step of the throws . We enhance your ability to learn more about your specific throwing event. There is a professional sharing his expertise along with myself. We can never replace learning from an Olympian.
